Given that our products are printed on demand, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges if the customer simply dislikes the product, made a mistake with size or color, or has a change of mind (“buyer’s remorse”). This is standard practice for print-on-demand businesses.

2. Acceptable Reasons for Claims

We will accept claims for a reprint or refund in the following specific cases:

• The product is misprinted.
• The product arrived damaged during transport.
• The product material is defective.
• The wrong product was shipped compared to what was ordered.

3. Claim Process

3.1 Deadline for Reporting

Customers must report any issue within 14 days of receiving the product.

3.2 Method of Reporting

To report a problem, customers should contact us via email at artobuservice@gmail.com. Please include your order number in the email.

3.3 Required Evidence

Customers must provide photographic evidence of the issue, such as photos of the defect/damage, photos of the wrong product received, or photos of the packaging if it was damaged during transport.

4. Claim Resolution

4.1 Options

If a claim is deemed valid, the possible resolutions are a full refund of the purchase price. The decision on the resolution will be made by us based on the specific circumstances.

4.2 Return of Product

Customers do not need to return the defective or incorrect product to us.

4.3 Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved, it will typically be processed within 14 days and credited back to the original method of payment.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for different sizes or colors. Please ensure you select the correct size and color when placing your order.

6. Shipping Issues

If a shipment is returned to us because the customer provided an incorrect address or failed to collect the package on time, the customer will be responsible for paying the costs for reshipping the order.

7. Order Cancellation or Modification

Customers cannot cancel or modify an order once it has been confirmed, as the production process begins shortly after the order is placed.
